So, I’ve researched over the past few weeks to find the perfect mix of the old 1968 Triumph Valencia Blue. Finally, I hit the jackpot! So, to share my excitement with the world I am publishing my findings for this 50+-year-old color, simply gorgeous. The formula is a true match (not tinted) and can be taken to anyone that sells PPG products to mix it up. The formula is specifically for dual stage systems (Basecoat + Clearcoat) and specifically for the PPG Deltron DBC finishing products. The current mix is set up for making 1 Quart (US). Have fun and I hope to see more Valencia Blue Triumph’s out in the wild.

Thank you for this. I need to start spring color on my Valencia Blue TR250 on Saturday and have been coming up empty handed on finding a paint mix for PPG 13547. You have saved the day. We will see how the match is by Sunday although all traces of original paint are long gone on my restoration.
